Playing CD tracks in a favorite order -- Program Play You can make a program of up to 24 tracks on a CD in any order that you want. After setting the order, you can also make a synchronized tape recording of the tracks (see page 23). 1 6 CD x A bB x m M X z ?/1 + - A u x . > m M 3 2,4 CD H x l/L TUNING/ PLAY MODE 1 Press CD. "CD" appears. 2 Press PLAY MODE (or TUNING/PLAY MODE on the remote) repeatedly until "PGM" appears. 3 Press CD . (or l on the remote) or CD > (or L on the remote) repeatedly until the desired track number appears. PGM 3 243 Selected track Total playing time number 4 Press PLAY MODE (or TUNING/PLAY MODE on the remote). The selected track is programmed. "Step" appears, followed by the number of the selection just programmed. 5 To program additional tracks, repeat steps 3 and 4. 6 Press CD u (or CD H on the remote). Program Play starts. The tracks play in the order that they were programmed in. To cancel Program Play Press PLAY MODE (or TUNING/PLAY MODE on the remote) repeatedly until "PGM" disappears. The CD Player continued 21
