Shooting images Point 3 Lightly tuck your elbows against your body. When shooting in a kneeling position, steady your upper body by placing your elbow on your knee. Camera shake warning indicator Due to potential camera shake, the (Camera shake warning) indicator flashes. In this case, use a tripod or the flash. (Camera shake warning) indicator Note • The (Camera shake warning) indicator is displayed only in the modes that automatically set the shutter speed. This indicator is not displayed in M/S modes. Using the SteadyShot function This SteadyShot function can reduce the effect of camera shake by the equivalent of approximately 2.5 to 3.5 increments of shutter speed. The SteadyShot function is set to [On] in the default setting. The SteadyShot scale indicator The (SteadyShot scale) indicator shows the camera shake status.
