Changing the operating style
Your CLIÉ handheld can be used with the display panel set in three
different styles:
– the convienient “opened style”

When using the CLIÉ handheld, set it to either the “opened style” (to
enter data with the hardware keyboard) or the “turned style” (to enter
data with the stylus), whichever you prefer.
In this and other supplied manuals, the operation steps will usually be
described with the CLIÉ handheld in the “turned style.”
When carrying your CLIÉ handheld around in your bag or pocket, set
it to the “carrying style.” You cannot enter data, but will be able to
continue listening to music, operating with the remote controller.
Notes
