You cannot play music (Audio Player) Your CLIÉ handheld is connected to the plug adapter (cradle), but SonicStage 1.5 does not recognize your CLIÉ handheld B You need "MagicGate Memory Stick" media. Check whether "Memory Stick" media you use is "MagicGate Memory Stick" media. B Other applications are running on your computer. After a while, connect your CLIÉ handheld to the plug adapter (cradle) again. If this does not solve your problem yet, restart your computer. B Verify that the plug adapter (cradle) is properly connected to your computer. The connection suddenly gets disconnected B Connect the AC power adapter to the plug adapter (cradle). B Verify that the USB cable is properly connected to your computer. B Connect your CLIÉ handheld tightly to the plug adapter (cradle). The number of songs that can be sent is not enough or the time to record is too short B There is data besides music files on "Memory Stick" media. The data of non-music files reduces the number of songs that you can send. Copy the non-music files to your computer to increase the free memory space in "Memory Stick" media.
