Personal Medical Devices For models with the wireless WAN function only When Wireless WAN power is transmitting, it may affect the operation of cardiac pacemakers and other implanted medical devices. If a minimum distance of 8 inches / 20 cm is kept between your tablet device and the pacemaker, the risk of interference is reduced. If you have any reason to suspect that interference is taking place, immediately turn off the WAN feature. Contact your cardiologist for more information.
