Design and functions Advanced functionality and performance in a compact camera New advanced-mode a design The stylish a65 embodies the same new a design concept as the higher-end a77. Its handsome body strikes a solid balance between sharp tension and smooth elegance that attracts at first glance and enhances satisfaction for years to come. Every detail from its naturally fitting grip to optimized control placement is refined to simplify operation as you peer through the viewfinder. Both functional and beautiful, it's a milestone in the design of Sony A-mount cameras. 921,600 dot tilt LCD monitor This innovative LCD will set you free to clearly and flexibly view scenes in challenging shooting environments. The 3 Xtra Fine LCD™ monitor with crisp 921,600 dot resolution and TruBlack™ technology offers outstanding performance in almost any kind of lighting condition. Whether shooting horizontally or vertically, you can easily tilt it to achieve a natural viewing angle even at low and high camera shooting angles. Moreover, Sony's exclusive TruBlack technology fills the gap between the protective outer glass and underlying LCD with resin to significantly reduce surface reflections, improve visibility from wide viewing angles, maintain high contrast and more accurately reproduce deep blacks. Reflections are further lowered by a special anti-reflective coating and multi-coating.
