PROBLEM AND TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE Check the following chart before requesting service. SYMPTOM CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION PAGE POWER No power. The AC power cord is not connected. Antenna (CATV) connector is not connected or possible local interference. Possible local interference. MUTE button is depressed. Try another channel. Check picture control adjustments. Check for source of reception disturbance. Check CATV connection or VHF/ UHF antenna, reposition or rotate antenna. Try another channel. Check picture control adjustments. Check for source of reception disturbance. Check CATV connection or VHF/ UHF antenna, reposition or rotate antenna. Try another channel.
