On: The PROGRESSIVE jacks output video signals. However, pictures of a VIDEO CD or DVD video disc recorded in the 4:3 format may be enlarged horizontally. Off: The PROGRESSIVE jacks do not output video signals of a VIDEO CD or DVD video disc recorded in the 4:3 format.
