Sample inserting a PC Card When the card is almost all the way into the slot, push firmly, but gently, to ensure a firm connection with the computer. Do not force the card into position. To avoid damaging the PC Card or the computer, do not force the card into the PC Card slot. Removing a PC Card Stop the PC Card by clicking the Safely Remove Hardware icon on the System tray. After the PC Card is stopped, it is safe to remove. 1 Locate the PC Card eject button. 2 Press the PC Card eject button once to extend it, and push it in to remove the PC Card.

Insert the PC Card.

Removing a PC Card
Stop the PC Card by clicking the
