Clear out unwanted recordings to free up space in your microSD card through Menu/File Management/Delete. TROUBLESHOOTING If... "File Error" appears when photos or video are replayed. You cannot record video or take photos. Video is unclear. You cannot access menus. Try this... Format card error. Reformat your MicroSD card through Menu/Files Management/ Format Card. • Check the microSD card; it might be out of space. Either delete files from that microSD card or use a new microSD card. • Check if the microSD card is locked. Unlock it if so. Clean the lens and the windshield. If you are recording and press M, the menus should display. • If you are still recording, press ▼ to stop recording. • Try pressing other buttons.
