The remote will indicate unlock notification with 2 beeps and 3 flashes of the Orange LED. ➜ disabling the starter kill without a 2-way remote If your 2-way remote is lost or damaged, you can manually override the starter kill. To do this, you must have the vehicle's ignition key and know where the Valet button is located. Be sure to check with your installer at the time of installation for the location of the Valet button. To override the starter kill, turn the ignition to the On position. Press the Valet button once within 10 seconds. The in- DRW-35 vehicle in-vehicle status LED will stop flashing and the vehicle should start. If it does not start you may have waited too long; turn the ignition Off and On and try again.
