WARNING: All packing materials such as tape, plastic sheets, wire ties and tags are not part of this toy, and should be discarded for your child's safety. BATTERY INSTALLATION 1. Make sure the unit is OFF. 2. The location of the battery compartment for the drill is on the bottom of the handle. The location of the battery compartment for the tape measure is on the bottom of the unit. 3. Use a coin or screwdriver to open the battery cover. 4. Install 3 new "AA" (LR6) batteries into electric drill as illustrated. 5. Install 2 new "AAA" (R03) batteries into tape measure as illustrated. The use of new, alkaline batteries is recommended for maximum performance. 6. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screw to secure the battery cover. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES. 3
