DIAGRAM OF THE CONSOLE The heart of the treadmill is the state-of-the-art programmable console. The console offers both manual and program modes, and features an array of displays to provide you with continuous exercise feedback. When the console is in the manual mode, the speed and incline of the treadmill can be changed with the touch of a button. In the program mode, the console will automatically control the speed or incline of the treadmill, according to preset programs you select. You can even create your own custom programs, and save them in the console's memory for future workouts. Please read these instructions carefully. Note: If there is a thin sheet of clear plastic on the face of the console, peel it off before operating the console.
