The RoHS Directive restricts the use of six hazardous materials (including lead, mercury and cadmium) in the manufacture of various types of electronic and electrical equipment. Energy Star® qualified The Phaser 7500 also qualifies as an Energy Star compliant device, meeting or exceeding the designation's latest, Tier II environmental performance standards.
