TROUBLESHOOTING ■ XM Satellite Radio Error message CHECK ANTENNA UPDATING NO SIGNAL LOADING OFF AIR - - - Cause Remedy The XM Connect-and-Play digital antenna accessory is not connected, or does not work properly. Check the XM Connect-and-Play digital antenna accessory connections. The XM user encryption code is being updated. Wait until the encryption code is updated. The signal is too weak. Check the XM Connect-and-Play digital antenna accessory connections and orient it for the best reception. It takes longer than four seconds for audio or text data to be decoded. Wait until the decoding process has finished. The XM Satellite Radio channel you selected is Check the channel number again or select another XM not currently broadcasting any signal.
