ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS 2) After turning the RV401, voltage of D.M.M adjustment as 6-3. White Balance Adjustment same as Vs voltage which on the label of the PCB Right/Top. (Deviation : ±0.5V) O Operate the Zero-calibration of the CA-100, then stick sensor to PDP module surface when you make adjustment. P805 Va O For manual adjustment, it is also possible by the following sequence. DMM +- GND NC Vs P804 RV401 Vs ADJ RV601 Va ADJ (1) Select WHITE PATTERN of HEAT RUN mode by pressing POWER ON KEY on service remote control then operate HEAT RUN more than 15 minute. (2) Supply 216Gray Level, 50% size length and breadth signal to RGB input. (Refer to Fig 2) (3) W/B adjustment must be adjusted only High Light and then save the adjustment value with Y Key. (4) To adjust High Light, stick sensor to 216 Gray Level (or 105115 Cd/m2) Pattern, press ADJ Key on R/C for adjustment and press T, U on R/C in adjustment mode to select R-L or GL, press VOL +, - Key and adjust it until color coordination becomes as below.
