Since PTM has less overhead than ATM, some ISPs use PTM over ADSL for better performance. Annex M You can enable Annex M for the Device to use double upstream mode to increase the maximum upstream transfer rate. PhyR US Enable or disable PhyR US (upstream) for upstream transmission to the WAN. PhyR US should be enabled if data being transmitted upstream is sensitive to noise.
