Here are some concerns some owners have had about the fuel gage. All these situations are normal and indicate nothing wrong with the fuel gage. 0 Low Fuel Light A yellow light near the Empty (E) mark on the fuel gage comes on when your vehicle is low on fuel.You have lessthan 3 gallons (1 1.7 remaining in your L) fuel tank. At the gas station, the gas pump shutsbefore the off gage reads Full (F). It takes more (or less) gas to up than the gage fill indicated. For example, the gage have indicated may half full, but it took more (or less) than half the of tank's capacity tofill it.
