Center High-Mounted Stoplamp (CHMSL) It is recommended that this component be replaced as a unit. 1. Use a screwdriver to remove the two screws from the lamp assembly. Taillamps A. B. C. D. Turn Signal-Taillamp Stop-Taillamp Back-up Lamp Sidemarker Lamp 2. Remove the lamp assembly. 3. Press the release tab and turn the bulb socket counterclockwise to remove it from the taillamp housing. (The sidemarker lamp does not have a release tab.) 5-59
