You can remove the radiator pressure. cap when the caoling system,.including the rachator pressure cap and upper radiatorhaw; is no longer hot.Turn it the pressuice cap slowly counterclockwise until first stops. (Don't press down while turning the pgessure cap.) If you hem a hiss, wait for that .to stop. A .hiss means there is still s-omepressme left. 5-18
