314 STARTING AND OPERATING Overdrive Operation The Overdrive automatic transmission contains an electronically controlled fourth gear (OVERDRIVE). The transmission will automatically shift from third gear to OVERDRIVE if the following conditions are present: gear for operation at this temperature.
