Some States (or Provinces) do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. • This Limited Warranty is only applicable in the United States and Canada. • This Limited Warranty is not intended as a representation that a tire failure cannot occur. • This Limited Warranty is the entire warranty given by Maxxis, and Maxxis' complete obligation with respect to the Tires is stated in this Limited Warranty. No one has the authority to imply, suggest, agree, represent, warrant, or promise contrary to the terms of this Limited Warranty. • This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State or Province to Province. Replacement of Tires • If you make a warranty claim in accordance with this Limited Warranty, and the Tire* is within the first 25% of original, usable tread, or the warranty claim is made 12 months from the date of your purchase of the new Vehicle (whichever comes first), the Tire will be promptly replaced with a comparable tire, without charge to you (Free Replacement). * If your warranty claim is with respect to a temporary spare tire, the tire must be within the first 1/32nd inch (0.8 mm) of tread depth, and the warranty claim does not have to be made within 12 months from the date of purchase. 31
