Vehicle Storage If you're not going to drive your vehicle days Q more, for 25 r take off the black, negative (-) cable from the-battery.This will help keep your battery fromrunning down.. Halogen Bulbs A CAUTION: Halogen bulbs have pressurized gas inside and can burstif you drop or scratch the bulb. or You others could be injured. Take special care when of handling and disposing halogen bulbs. A CAUTION: Batteries have acid that can burn and gas you that canexplode. You can be badly hurt you if aren't careful. See "Jump Starting'' in the Index for tips on working aroundbattery without a getting hurt. Contact your dealer to learn how to prepare your vehicle for longer storage periods. I I NOTICE: Avoid touching the bulb or lettingcome in it contact with anything damp. Oil from your skin or moisture on the bulb can cause the bulb to explode whenit is turned on.
