94 MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT the gear shift lever in the "N" (Neutral) position. • Put Start • the engine, and warm it up thoroughly. DANGER Exhaust gas contains carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless poisonous gas. Inhaling carbon monoxide can cause serious brain injury or death. Do not run the engine in enclosed areas. Operate only in a well-ventilated area. the cargo bed to support it with the hook. • Lift Remove • screw. the cover plate on the idle adjusting the axel lever stopper screw on the base • Loosen plate above the transmission case and the idle adjusting screw on the engine. j A. Link Lever the idle speed to the lowest stable speed • Adjust by turning the idle adjusting screw located on the carburetor. Idle Speed: 1 175 ±75 r/min (rpm)
