GENERAL INFORMATION 41 Whenever the side stand is used, make it a practice to kick the stand fully up before sitting on the motorcycle. Whenever the side stand is used,

signed so that the engine does not
start if the transmission is in gear and

Insert the ignition key into the seat
lock, located under the rear cowling.

Pull the rear of the seat upward while
turning the key clockwise.
