GENERAL INFORMATION 43 NOTE Seat Seat Removal Insert the ignition key into the seat lock, located on the seat cover. Turn the key clockwise while pulling on the rear end of the seat. żThe motorcycle is equipped with a side stand switch. This switch is designed so that the engine does not start if the transmission is in gear and the side stand is down. NOTE żIf there is difficulty removing the seat, be sure to insert the key all the way and to push down strongly on the rear end of the seat while turning the key clockwise.

NOTE

The motorcycle is equipped with a
side stand switch. This switch is de-
signed so that the engine does not
start if the transmission is in gear and
the side stand is down.
Seat
Seat Removal
Insert the ignition key into the seat
lock, located on the seat cover.
Turn the key clockwise while pulling
on the rear end of the seat.
NOTE

If there is difficulty removing the seat,
be sure to insert the key all the way
and to push down strongly on the
rear end of the seat while turning the
key clockwise.
