Be sure to correct any of these conditions before idling. WARNING Operation with improperly adjusted, incorrectly routed, or damaged cable could result in an unsafe riding condition. If the throttle grip play cannot be ad-
justed with the accelerator cable ad-
juster at the throttle grip, use the de-
celerator cable adjuster located un-
der the fuel tank.
•
Turn out the decelerator cable adjust-
ing nut until there is no play when the
throttle grip is completely closed.
•
Tighten the locknut.
