KEYS AND DOORS This transmitter has 4 functions. 1 2 3 4 Locking the doors Unlocking the doors Unlocking the trunk lid Sounding an alarm You can use up to 4 wireless remote control transmitters for the same vehicle. Contact your Lexus dealer for detailed information. The wireless remote control transmitter is an electronic component. Observe the following instructions in order not to cause damage to the transmitter. D Do not leave the transmitter on places where the temperature becomes high such as on the dashboard. D Do not disassemble it. D Avoid knocking it hard against other objects or dropping it. D Avoid putting it in water. When you operate a button on the transmitter, push it slowly and surely. The operational range of the wireless remote control is approximately 1 meter (3 ft.). The effective range may vary with different conditions. If you lose the transmitter, contact your Lexus dealer as soon as possible to avoid the possibility of theft, or an accident. 16
