There are 2 settings: "INT" position: Intermittent operation "ON" position: Low speed operation To make the washer squirt, twist the knob downward to position 2. To make the washer squirt while operating in "ON" position, twist the knob upward to position 1. The knob automatically returns from these positions after you release it. 31

To turn the wipers on, twist the knob at the end of the lever.
The ignition key must be in the ”ON” position.
