Driving information Connecting trailer lights Use the wire harness stored in the rear end underbody. n When connecting and disconnecting a trailer Connecting STEP 1 Set the rear height control air suspension to "LO" mode. STEP 2 Turn off the ignition switch or the rear height control air suspension. STEP 3 1 Connect the trailer. STEP 4 1 Turn on the switch that was turned off on STEP 2. STEP 5 1 Set the rear height control air suspension to "N" mode. 2 When driving Disconnecting STEP 1 Set the rear height control air suspension to "LO" mode. STEP 2 Turn off the ignition switch or the rear height control air suspension. STEP 3 1 Set the supporting leg of the trailer on the ground and raise the hitch by 4 in. (100 mm). STEP 4 1 Turn on the switch that was turned off on STEP 2. STEP 5 1 Wait until vehicle height is stabilized. STEP 5 1 Make sure the hitch is disconnected. If the hitch does not disconnect, raise 6 the hitch higher and repeat steps 2 through 5. STEP 5 1 Move the vehicle forward in the "LO" mode where the hitch does not 6 7 touch anything in the "N" mode. STEP 8 1 Set the rear height control air suspension in the "N" mode. 5 6 153
