AIR CONDITIONING (f) Checking and replacing the air conditioning filter The air conditioning filter must be cleaned or changed regularly to maintain air conditioning efficiency. D Replacement method 1. Turn the "ENGINE START STOP" switch OFF. They may be opened or closed as shown. When outside temperature is cold like a winter season, air flow temperature from the center vents, side vents and rear vents may not be warmed up enough for a while until that the engine coolant temperature becomes high enough. If air flow from the center vents, side vents and rear vents is not satisfactory, air flow direction can be changed manually by adjusting the vents fin direction or the vents may be closed. 2. Open the glove box. Remove the glove box cover. 3. Remove the filter cover. 272
