FEATURES Engine Management System Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Illuminated MIL The MIL (Check Engine Indicator) will illuminate when a problem with engine management system components is detected. 1. Turn the engine off and restart it. If the light goes off, continued operation is permissible. 2. If the light illuminates again, determine whether engine RPM or vehicle speed is limited, then check the charts on page 35 to identify the cause. Tip: If you are unable to determine the cause of an illuminated MIL, please see your POLARIS dealer. 34
