If the DVD still does not play, refer to the on-screen instructions. Ejecting a Disc Press the stop/eject button on the DVD player once to stop and a second time to eject the disc. Stopping and Resuming Playback To stop playing a disc, press the stop/eject button on the DVD player. To resume playback, press the play/pause button. The movie will start playing from where it was last stopped if the disc has not been ejected. If the disc has been ejected, the player will start playing at the beginning.
