Taillamps, Turn Signal, and Stoplamps To replace one of these bulbs, do the following: 1. Open the trunk. See Trunk on page 2-9 for more information. 2. Remove the two screws, which hold the taillamp assembly, from inside the vehicle. Back-Up Lamps The back-up lamps are located in the rear bumper. To replace a bulb, do the following: 1. Reach behind, up and under the rear bumper and locate the bulb socket. 3. Remove the taillamp assembly. 4. Turn the bulb socket counterclockwise to remove. 5. Pull the bulb from the socket. 6. Install a new bulb. 7. Reverse the steps to reinstall the taillamp assembly. 2. Turn it counterclockwise to remove from the bulb assembly. 3. Pull the bulb from the bulb socket. 4. Push in a new bulb into the bulb socket. 5. Reinstall the bulb socket by lining up the tabs in the lamp assembly and turn it clockwise to secure it. 5-42
