Rubber gaskets HG0115 3. After refilling the reserve tank and the radiator, reinstall the caps and check that the rubber gasket inside the radiator cap is in the proper position. J Changing the coolant D Never let engine coolant contact your eyes because engine coolant can be harmful to your eyes. If engine coolant gets in your eyes, immediately flush them thoroughly with clean water. For safety, when performing this work, wearing eye protection is advisable. D Never attempt to remove the radiator cap until the engine has been shut off and has cooled down completely. Since the coolant is under pressure, you may suffer serious burns by a spray of boiling hot coolant when the cap is removed. WARNING D The cooling system has been filled at the factory with a highquality, corrosion-inhibiting, year-around coolant which provides protection against freezing down to -33°F (-36°C). Use the recommended coolant only. Use of improper coolants may result in corrosion in the cooling system. It is important to maintain CAUTION 10-14
