EVU00970 Fuse replacement The main fuse and the fuse box are located under the hood. (See pages 8-6-8-7 for hood opening and closing procedures.) If a fuse is blown, turn off the main switch and install a new fuse of the specified amperage. If a fuse is blown, replace it as follows. 1. Remove the battery compartment cover by lifting it up and pulling it out. CAUTION: _ To prevent accidental short-circuiting, turn off the main switch when checking or replacing a fuse. _ 3. Remove the blown fuse, and then install a new fuse of the specified amperage. 1. Battery compartment cover 2.
