PERIODIC MAINTENANCE AND MINOR REPAIR Tire air pressure (measured on cold tires): 0-90 kg (0-198 lb): Front: 250 kPa (36 psi) (2.50 kgf/cm²) Rear: 250 kPa (36 psi) (2.50 kgf/cm²) 90-190 kg (198-419 lb): Front: 250 kPa (36 psi) (2.50 kgf/cm²) Rear: 280 kPa (41 psi) (2.80 kgf/cm²) Maximum load*: 190 kg (419 lb) * Total weight of rider, passenger, cargo and accessories EWA10510 LOAD YOUR VEHICLE. Make sure that the total weight of the cargo, rider, passenger, and accessories (cowling, saddlebags, etc. if approved for this model) does not exceed the maximum load of the vehicle. Operation of an overloaded vehicle could cause tire damage, an accident, or even injury. Tire inspection in it, or if the sidewall is cracked, contact a Yamaha dealer immediately and have the tire replaced. Minimum tire tread depth (front and rear): 1.0 mm (0.04 in) EWA10520 WARNING It is dangerous to ride with a wornout tire. When a tire tread begins to show lines, have a Yamaha dealer replace the tire immediately. Brakes, tires and related wheel parts replacement should also be left to a Yamaha dealer. Tire information This motorcycle is equipped with cast wheels and tubeless tires. WARNING 7 Proper loading of your vehicle is important for several characteristics of your vehicle, such as handling, braking, performance and safety. Do not carry loosely packed items that can shift. Securely pack your heaviest items close to the center of the vehicle, and distribute the weight evenly from side to side.
