OPERATING PRECAUTIONS • Do not use the speakers in places which are extremely hot, dusty or humid. • The nominal impedance of these speakers is 8 ohms. Make sure that the connection amplifier is equipped with 8-ohm output terminals. • When the cabinet gets dirty. wipe it with a cloth soaked in a neutral, mild detergent. Never use thinner or similar products as they wil l spoil the finish. CONNECTIONS (See illustration VI) • When connecting the speakers. turn off the power of your stereo system. Connect the phono plug of the speaker cord to the SURROUND SPEAKERS jacks of your Aiwa stereo system. INSTALLATION Setup example Position the speaker connected to the L jack on the left rear side and the speaker connected to the R jack on the right rear side. (See illustration IJ ) • If the speaker is to be mounted on a wall, select a spot that will hold the weight of the speaker, and mount as shown in the diagram.
