14 Reinstalling Drivers Note: When you use multiple monitors with your FireGL™ card, one monitor will always be Primary. Any additional monitors will be designated as Secondary. Reinstalling Drivers The software installation procedure detailed in this chapter describes how to install the drivers for your graphics card after you have installed a new card for the first time and have rebooted your computer. If you are installing the graphics card drivers in a special working scenario, such as if you have reinstalled your operating system or want to perform a manual reinstallation. To reinstall drivers using the ATISETUP utility You can always install the drivers using the ATISETUP utility on the ATI Installation CD-ROM. The ATISETUP utility will start automatically if you insert the ATI Installation CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive after the operating system has started. If your CD-ROM auto-run is not enabled or the ATISETUP utility does not start automatically, perform the following actions: 1 Click the Start button in the task bar. 2 Select Run. 3 Browse to ATISETUP.EXE on the root directory of the ATI Installation CD-ROM and click OK. To manually reinstall drivers To manually reinstall drivers, when prompted for a driver installation CD, insert the ATI Installation CD-ROM and browse to the drivers subdirectory.

Reinstalling Drivers
The software installation procedure detailed in this chapter describes how
to install the drivers for your graphics card after you have installed a new
card for the first time and have rebooted your computer.
If you are installing the graphics card drivers in a special working scenario,
such as if you have reinstalled your operating system or want to perform a
manual reinstallation.
To reinstall drivers using the ATISETUP utility
You can always install the drivers using the
ATISETUP
utility on the ATI
Installation CD-ROM. The
ATISETUP
utility will start automatically if
you insert the ATI Installation CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive after the
operating system has started. If your CD-ROM auto-run is not enabled or
