Mobility Solutions Mobile Client Unified Messaging mobile applications Aastra Moblie Client (AMC) provides automatic access to Mobile Extension (ME) services in the communications system. With this client, the user has access to the same services they would normally have from their desk phone. The dynamic mobile Least Cost Routing feature minimizes mobile roaming costs by routing call setup through the least costly path. In addition, the dual mode function reduces mobile costs by turning the mobile phone into a SIP phone when the user is in range of Wi-Fi access. AMC user interface With Aastra OneBox mobile application, users can boost personal productivity while on the move through visual call screening, call setup, visual access to enterprise voice mail, company directory and OneBox settings management. Cordless voice communication over IP networks To enable users to enjoy the advantages of using IP networks together with the DECT technology, Aastra has developed Radio Fixed Parts (RFP) with IP interfaces for integrating DECT into IP networks. Therefore, employees can always be reached via their call numbers, regardless of whether they are in a branch of the company or at the head office. No matter the size and range of the IP network, a single Open Mobility Manager (OMM) is enough to manage all RFPs of the multi-cellular DECT network. With cordless SIP-DECT phones, users can move around freely empowered with functionality, such as text and alarm messaging, location sharing and e-mail, while the system manages all communication seamlessly. Management Application Suite A single point of entry for system management Manager Provisioning provides a comprehensive solution for handling user service related data and integrates with the company IT department via a SOAP-based API. Manager Provisioning is accessed from a standard web browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox via HTTP. Security is provided via TLS based HTTPS. Manager Provisioning can be configured to allow any user to modify and activate their individual personal number ring lists and edit function keys on their individual phone sets. Manager Provisioning
