Using Added Features to Make Efficient Phone Calls Leaving a Message You cannot be reached on your phone. You want any internal subscriber who calls you to get a message. Requirement: The internal subscriber must have a phone capable of receiving messages. Subscribers whose phone cannot receive messages are put through to your phone or rerouted to a destination predefined within the system. You can select the contents of your message from a list of 16 predefined texts. These texts can be edited to suit your requirements. The predefined texts are specified in the system configuration. MENU Forwarding Press the Menu key repeatedly until the display reads "Forwarding". Press the "Forwarding" Foxkey. Press the navigation key repeatedly until the display reads "Forward to message". OK Press the "OK" Foxkey. ☛ OK Reset Use the navigation key to scroll through the predefined messages. Edit the message contents, if necessary. To activate a message: Press the "OK" Foxkey. The display reads "Message activated". To deactivate a message: Press the "Cancel" Foxkey. Note If you activate a call forwarding unconditional, the message you have left on your phone will be deactivated. 29

Press the "Forwarding" Foxkey.
Press the navigation key repeatedly until the display reads "Forward to
message".

Edit the message contents, if necessary.
OK
To activate a message: Press the "OK" Foxkey.
The display reads "Message activated".
Reset
To deactivate a message: Press the "Cancel" Foxkey.
Note
If you activate a call forwarding unconditional, the message you have left on
your phone will be deactivated.
