Aastra CTI Touch Browser based Application for smart phones Aastra CTI Touch is a browser-based CTI application. Due to its full integration into the OpenCom 100 system the use of well known CTI features is now possible via mobile phone - in connection with the one number concept. With the one number concept your smart phone is integrated into your companies' communications like an internal user. Incoming and outgoing calls are routed through the OpenCom 100. Employees can be reached via their office number, even when they are on business trips. The called party also justs sees the office number, your mobile number is undisclosed. You can decide when you want to be reachable - and when not. Aastra CTI Touch does not just offer simple anonymous call forwarding: you see the number of the calling party or their name by using your smart phone contacts. The PBX phone book / contacts can be used for initiating calls from your mobile. Caller and redialling lists are available on the smart phone. Aastra CTI Touch is a browser based application which does not require any additional installation on the smart phone or the use of a seperate server.
