System controls and indicators Front panel controls Function Power On/Off Button System Reset Button Description This is the main power button, which is used to apply or turn off the main system power. Turning off system power with this button removes the main power but keeps standby power supplied to the system. Use the reset button to reboot the system. Power LED HDD Activity LED Indicates power is being supplied to the system's power supply. This LED should normally be on when the system is operating. Indicates hard disk drive activity when flashing. LAN1 Network Activity LED LAN2 Network Activity LED Information LED Indicates network activity on LAN1 when flashing. Indicates network activity on LAN2 when flashing. Power Fail This LED functions only when two power supply modules have been installed in the system and indicates a power supply module has failed (when illuminated).

Function
Description
Power On/Off Button
This is the main power button, which is used to apply
or turn off the main system power. Turning off system
power with this button removes the main power but
keeps standby power supplied to the system.
System Reset Button
Use the reset button to reboot the system.
Power LED
Indicates power is being supplied to the system's
power supply. This LED should normally be on when
the system is operating.
HDD Activity LED
Indicates hard disk drive activity when flashing.
LAN1 Network Activity
LED
Indicates network activity on LAN1 when flashing.
LAN2 Network Activity
LED
Indicates network activity on LAN2 when flashing.
Information LED
Power Fail
This LED functions only when two power supply
modules have been installed in the system and
indicates a power supply module has failed (when
