Disassembling Steps 1. Remove the six screws fastening the stand to the LCD TV, then remove the stand. 2. Then detach the stand assembly from the LCD TV. 3. Remove the 15 screws holding the back cover. 4. Detach the back cover from the LCD TV. 5. Remove seven screws holding the EMI shielding on one side. 6. Then remove another seven screws fastening the EMI shielding on the other and detach the EMI shielding. 7. Remove 8 screws and 2 screw nuts holding the EMI shielding as shown and remove the EMI shielding. 8. Remove eight screws holding the power board and the screw fastening the power board ground cable. Then disconnect the cables from the power board and remove the power board. 9. Remove the four screws (highlighted in red) holding the main board and one screw (highlighted in yellow) fastening the cable on the main board. Then disconnect the cables from the main board and remove the main board. 10. Remove the four screws holding the IO tuner board and detach the IO tuner board. 11. Remove the screw (highlighted in yellow) holding the LVDS cable and remove the cable. Then remove the four screws (highlighted in red) fastening the PCB holder. 12. Detach the PCB holder. 44 Chapter 3
