14 - Using the keyboard Note If you prefer F1 to F12 keys as standard function keys, you can change function key as default behavior in BIOS utility. Press Fn key and special key to activate the special function keys. Hotkeys The computer uses hotkeys (key combinations) to access function keys and navigation commands. To activate hotkeys, press and hold the Fn key before pressing the other key in the hotkey combination.
