Removing the Thermal Module 1. See "Removing the Mainboard" on page 64 2. Place the Mainboard on a clean surface. 3. Remove the four screws securing the Thermal Module to the Mainboard. Step Thermal Module Size M2.5*4 Quantity 4 Screw Type 4. Using both hands, gently twist the Thermal Module left and right to break the thermal paste seal between the Thermal Module and CPU. 5. Lift the Thermal Module clear of the Mainboard. 67 Chapter 3
