Removing the Thermal Module 1. See "Removing the Mainboard" on page 64 2. Place the Mainboard on a clean surface. 3. Remove the four screws securing the Thermal Module to the Mainboard. Step Thermal Module Size M2.5*4 Quantity 4 Screw Type 4. Using both hands, gently twist the Thermal Module left and right to break the thermal paste seal between the Thermal Module and CPU. 5.
