English 27 Advanced Screen Capture Use this function to customize the startup screen. To capture the image that you want to use as the startup screen, follow the instructions below. Before proceeding with the following steps, make sure that the "Keystone" is set to the default value "0". 1 Project the image you want you capture. 2 Select "Screen Capture" and press "ENTER". 3 A dialog box appears to confirm the action. Choose "Yes" to use the current image as your customized startup screen. Choose "No" to cancel the screen capture and exist the Onscreen Display (OSD). 4 A message appears stating that the screen capture is in progress. 5 When the screen capture is finished, the message disappears and the original display is shown. 6 If the screen capture failed, a "Screen Capture FAILED!" message will pop up. Your image size may exceed the maximum capturing capacity of 8 MB. Please change another image and try again. 7 To use this image as the startup screen, change the "Start-up Screen" from the default setting to "User". 8 To use this image as signal searching screen, select "User" in "Start-up Screen" and "User" in "Background on No Signal". Test Pattern Displays the test pattern. Closed Caption Selects a preferred closed captioning mode from CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4 (CC1 displays captions in the primary language in your area). Select "Off" to turn off the captioning feature. This function is only available when a composite video or SVideo input signal is selected and its system format is NTSC. Note: "H. Position", "V. Position", and "Frequency" functions are not supported under video mode. Note: "RGB Input Range" is only available when the input signal is HDMI.
