If this function is enabled and someone attempts to write data into this area, BIOS will show a warning message on screen and alarm beep. Disabled Enabled Uses internal level 1 (L1) and external level 2 (L2) Enabled cache memory to improve performance. Disabled The processor uses Hyper-Threading technology to increase transaction rates and reduces end-user response times. The technology treats the two cores inside the processor as two logical processors that can execute instructions simultaneously. In this way, the system performance is highly improved. If you disable the function, the processor will use only one core to execute the instructions. Enabled Disabled This parameter speeds up POST by skipping some Enabled items that are normally checked.
