Adjusting the High Pass Filter The High Pass Filter on this unit can be adjusted to suit your personal taste. 1 Press and hold A.SEL for at least 2 seconds to activate the Sound Setting mode. 2 Press A.SEL repeatedly to select the HPF mode. BASS TREBLE HPF BASS 3 Press or to select the desired HPF frequency. OFF 80 Hz 120 Hz 160 Hz 4 Press and hold /ESC for at least 2 seconds to return to normal mode. • If no operation is performed for 15 seconds, the unit will return to normal mode automatically. • The function is inoperable when DEFEAT is set to ON. Other Functions TITLE Displaying the Text Text information, such as the disc name and the track name, will be displayed if playing a CD text compatible disc. It is also possible to display the folder name, the file name and the tag, etc., while playing MP3 files. Press TITLE. The display will change every time the button is pressed. • If you want to change the display when the text scroll is set to MANU, press TITLE while the text is scrolling. If the scroll has been completed, press TITLE to scroll the text again.
