Rechargeable batteries have a limited number of charge cycles and may eventually need to be replaced. The iPod touch battery is not user replaceable; it can be replaced only by an authorized service provider. Cleaning iPod touch Use the polishing cloth that came with iPod touch to gently wipe the glass screen and the case. You can also use a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Unplug and turn off iPod touch (press and hold the Sleep/Wake button, then drag the onscreen red slider). Avoid getting moisture in openings. Cleaning iPod touch
Use the polishing cloth that came with iPod touch to gently wipe the glass screen and
the case.
